To avoid disappointment you must order by 12:00 midday for these times to apply.
To avoid soiled deliveries we do not make up orders over the weekend.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - while we try to deliver within the timeframes below, courier times are subject to change due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
NORTHERN IRELAND - 48 hours / 2 working days
- We now delivery Saturday - orders must be submitted by Thursday
- Orders received after 3pm Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND / Mainland UK - 2-3 working days
- Orders received on Thursday / Friday will be shipped Monday.
- If you would like a Friday delivery, please make sure your order is in by 12 midday Wednesday so we can guarantee delivery of your order.
- For customers on offshore islands we request you to email us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can forward specific delivery and carriage charges.
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - Orders currently do not need to be signed for until further notice. It is important that someone is available at the delivery address to accept delivery. We will not accept liability for any subsequent deterioration of perishable goods if you are not available to receive your order on the first occasion that delivery is attempted.
When placing an order at peak times, e.g. Christmas, please allow extra time for larger orders. If we are oversubscribed at peak trading times we will inform our customers on when and if we can process your order.

Our products are chilled, so please check quality upon receipt of delivery.
If you have any issues with the quality of our product please email us to discuss your potential claim within 2 hours of delivery. As our products are chilled please check quality upon receipt of delivery. We will not accept any claims after this initial 2 hour window as chilled chain will have been broken.
Any refunds agreed will be made within 8 days of a successful agreed claim and transferred back to the card from which payment was received.
We have worked at our website from both a practical and customer point of view to make sure our customers receive the same quality and recipes as per all our retail outlets. We want you to enjoy Tom & Ollie - always market fresh!
All our products are shipped in Chill-packs to ensure freshness
All our delivery boxes are handmade. They contain built in insulation with specific food grade icepacks to help maintain product temperature and therefore the quality of your order. This has been tested in trials to the four corners of Britain and Ireland.
We have a full allergen statement for all recipes which is available on request.
Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website and placing an order (which is accepted) you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you may not use or access this website.
These Terms and Conditions apply to your order/delivery request. We may change our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders/delivery requests.
You place the order for your products on this website by pressing the place order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on this website. Payment for your order will take place at this point.
We will send to you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
A price or product description error is identified.
You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
If your order is cancelled in full we will refund you your payment in full, including any associated delivery charges. Should part of your order be cancelled for any reason we will endeavour to send a substitute product of a similar or better nature. Should this not prove to be a satisfactory solution, or that we are unable to provide such a product a refund in full will be offered for that product.
The contract will be concluded in English.
Our minimum purchase is £26 before delivery costs. We reserve the right not to accept orders for goods with a total value of less than these minimums.
